A little about me…

I loved being a mom and homeschooling my daughters! With no formal training, I found my way and created a “grace based approach” to learning that met the needs of our family.

I felt fulfilled.

After my daughters got married and started to build their own lives, it left me searching for purpose again and looking for validation.

This was a new season.

I was excited to enter the corporate world and offer my gifts and talents! I was excited to see the opportunities this would bring! You can imagine my surprise that Thursday afternoon when I got fired!

It was devastating in some ways, but in my heart, I knew I was created for more.

I picked myself up, dusted myself off and got back in the game.

But it was THEIR game.

I got another job. It was the only thing I knew to do that would give me a steady income. I loved my job- most of the time:) but I knew it was not tapping into my core strengths and values that truly light me up on the inside.

I am a Relationship Builder, with Connection as my #1 strength. I had no idea that my big life shift would come through a business opportunity. My confidence was shaken and I didn’t feel sure that this venture would be successful but I could not deny the huge impact I could see not only in my own life but in the health of my family as well. Even though had a very basic knowledge of business, I knew how to care about people and so that is what I focused on: caring about people. The evidence for success was all around me!

I could see the pieces aligning.

Without awareness around my strengths- I went to work and built a platform that created the opportunity for me to have an income that was limitless. I didn’t feel that is was the income potential that was driving me - I truly think that it was my own potential that was finally finding a way to express itself and be heard. I knew what I was doing was important work and I was making a difference.

I’m so grateful for all of the personal development I have done and the coaching programs and certifications I have been a part of. Each one has brought new insight and opened new doors. Many times I felt so validated in these experiences because I now had words to share what I already knew.

I believe I have also been given a clear vision for how I want to come alongside others in business and in life goals and together we will create a plan that will leverage your strengths.

Life has been a great teacher the last ten years! I have learned how to be a great source of encouragement to myself and grow through the hard things. I can see it all coming together not only for myself but the gift I have to share with you as well.
